Celebrity MasterChef: Rajiv Adatia says Dipika Kakar could have made it to Top 2

Celebrity MasterChef has won everyone's hearts with its very first season. The cooking reality show is hosted by Farah Khan and judged by famous chefs Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna. Now, the show has reached its exciting finale week, and the top five finalists are Gaurav Khanna, Faisal Shaikh, Nikki Tamboli, Tejasswi Prakash, and Rajiv Adatia.

Rajiv Adatia, who has impressed many with his surprising cooking skills, recently spoke about fellow contestant Dipika Kakar's sudden exit from the show. In a media interaction, Rajiv shared, "Dipika had to leave the show because of an injury. She was in a lot of pain but still came back. Unfortunately, her condition got worse, and she had to quit. If she had stayed, she would definitely be in the Top 2."

Dipika Kakar, who made a return to TV after a long break, quickly became a fan favorite on the show. However, her journey was cut short due to health issues. In her vlog, Dipika revealed that she suddenly felt severe shoulder pain while shooting for a festive special episode. The production team rushed her to the hospital, where doctors found swollen lymph nodes that were causing her discomfort.

Though the pain reduced after some treatment, it returned once the medication stopped. Dipika said that the episode featuring Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal was her last day on set. She finished filming but couldn't handle the pain anymore. She decided to quit, feeling it wouldn't be fair to continue if she couldn't give her best.

Dipika's departure was emotional for both fans and fellow contestants. Despite her short time on the show, she left a strong impression, and many, like Rajiv, believe she had what it took to reach the finale.
