Can’t wait to hop on our new journey: Paras Madaan ecstatic on his wedding next month

It looks like many celebrities are deciding to settle down soon. Post Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar’s wedding earlier this year, many celebrities decided to walk the aisle and take the plunge. From actors like Abhishek Malik to Shireen Mirza, Ayush Agarwal, Vishal Vasishth and Nikita Sharma many actors recently got married.

There are also a number of celebs who will soon get married including Mansi Srivastava and Sayantani Ghosh.

Another one to join the bandwagon is Beyhadh 2 actor Paras Madaan. Paras is set to tie the knot with fiancé Somita Das. The duo got engaged on 8th March 2021 and soon they’ll be man and wife.

India Forums got in touch with Paras wherein he spoke about the wedding plans and more. Read on the excerpts of the interview.

Tell us about your first meeting with Soumita?

Soumita and I met at the shoot where she was taking care of the production and eventually we became very good friends. I’m so glad that I have found a great friend in my life partner. We both just didn’t realise how and when this amazing friendship got converted into the most important part of us.

Tell us about the wedding details?

We are getting hitched on December 11th in Mumbai. There is no theme as such for we are planning to have a simple & close knit wedding in the morning at a gurudwara in presence of our near & dear ones with mehandi, haldi and other rituals being a part of this private affair. We have a reception planned in the evening for our industry friends & loved ones.

How did you come to the conclusion of getting married?

So after almost a span of 3 years, we decided to take this relationship to the next level and finally we are getting hitched on December 11th.

How are the preps going?

To be honest everything is set but yes last minute checks are definitely going on.

What's the feeling right now?

We are really excited and looking forward to the most important day of our lives. The countdown has begun and we can’t wait to hop on our new journey.
