Brahmastra song 'Deva Deva' starring Ranbir and Alia's teaser out: The light is coming on 8th August

Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in titular roles, is one of the year's most anticipated films The first romantic song from the film, Kesariya, was released by the filmmakers earlier and it became an instant hit with the audience.

Ayan Mukerji, the director of Brahmastra, has now released a teaser for the film's second song, Deva Deva. He also announced that the song will be out on August 8th.

In the clip, we can see glimpses of Alia and Ranbir talking about the light in their lives, while there are some mind boggling scenes wherein Ranbir is seen playing with fire. We even get to catch a glance at Amitabh Bachchan along with Ranbir. 

Sharing the video, Ayan wrote, "DEVA DEVA Teaser 🔥💥 (And the rest of it - out on this coming Monday - the day of Lord Shiva 🕉🤞) Deva Deva - was the first song to be composed for Brahmāstra, capturing right away the Soul of Shiva’s Journey in the movie ! It has given me so much Energy and Joy over the time it has been with us… And I’m really looking forward to finally sharing the feeling of this Song with everyone - on August 8th !"

Brahmastra is touted to be a mythological adventure fantasy film. The film will is backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and co-produced by Ranbir Kapoor and Marijke Desouza independently. 

The film starring Ranbir, Alia, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna is slated to hit the theatres on 9th September.
