Bigg Boss 18: Salman Khan Expresses Displeasure at Chahat Pandey for Refusing Torture Task

Tonight’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 18 brought an interesting mix of tasks and emotions. Salman Khan began the episode on a cheerful note by engaging contestants in light-hearted activities. However, the atmosphere quickly turned intense as he introduced a challenging task. Each contestant had to choose someone whose life they wanted to make difficult for the remaining days in the house.

The chosen person had to stand on a rotating platform while the other explained their reasons for selecting them. This task, labeled the "torture task," was designed to test the contestants’ endurance and game strategies. When it was Chahat Pandey’s turn, she declined to participate, saying, “I don’t want to make anyone’s life so hard for the next 50 days.” Her refusal didn’t sit well with Salman Khan, who expected full participation in the task.

Reacting to her decision, Salman said, “Bachpan mein merry-go-round pe nahi chadhe? Ye Chinese torture thodi na hain. I don’t wanna deal with all of this. (Haven’t you ridden a merry-go-round in childhood? Does this look like Chinese torture to you?)” His comments made it clear that he was disappointed with Chahat’s lack of enthusiasm for the game.

Meanwhile, Karan Veer Mehra, Shrutika Arjun Raaj, and Rajat Dalal were chosen the most times by housemates during the task. Rajat faced criticism for his strategic gameplay, as many contestants felt his alliances were based on convenience. Some even preferred his earlier, more straightforward approach in the show.

The episode ended on an emotional note with Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga’s elimination. Shrutika Arjun, who shared a close bond with him, initially refused to bid him farewell. However, the housemates convinced her to meet him one last time, adding a poignant touch to the day’s events.
