Bepannah Fame Actress Mallika Nayak Roped In For Yeh Hai Chahatein

Star Plus’ upcoming show Yeh Hai Chahatein has kept the audience’ interest peaked. The show will be featuring Sargun Kaur Luthra and Abrar Qazi as the lead pair, wherein Sargun will be seen playing Dr. Preesha and Abrar will be seen as rockstar Rudraksh. 

Apart from Sargun and Abrar, we also reported about other cast including actors Indraneil Sengupta, Aishwarya Sakhuja, Satyajit Sharma and Siddharth Shivpuri. Now, we have learnt that actress Mallika Nayak has also been roped in for the show. Apparently, she will be seen portraying the character of Sargun’s mother in the show and will be paired opposite Satyajit Sharma. 

Last seen in Colors' supernatural drama Kavach Mahashivratri, Mallika Nayak was also seen playing a prominent role in Jennifer Winget-Harshad Chopda starrer Bepannah. Speaking with IWMBUZZ, the actress confirmed the news and said, “Balaji Telefilms is the best place to work in. I am very excited about this show. I have shot barely for a few days and will shoot more from January 2020.”
