New Delhi, Aug 9 (IANS) In a novelty of sorts for Bollywood, megastar Amitabh Bachchan and director Prakash Jha will take a while away from promoting their film 'Aarakshan' to launch the promo of 'Rascals', starring Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
Come Thursday, Bachchan and Jha will unveil the first trailer of 'Rascals' at a suburban multiplex in Mumbai, said a source.
Producer Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey too will be present at the event.
Bachchan readily agreed to be a part of this promotional activity after a phone call from Sanjay, who is also producing the film, to be released on Dussehra, Oct 6.
Filmmaker David Dhawan, who is directing 'Rascals', is excited with this development as he has worked with Bachchan in movies like 'Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan' and 'Hum Kisise Kum Nahin'.
Jha, whose 'Aarakshan' releases Friday, was also more than happy to agree to unveil the first look of Ajay's new movie, the source added. Together, they have worked in films like 'Gangaajal' and 'Raajneeti'.
