Avinash Tiwary & Mrunal Thakur in Karan Johar’s Horror Web Series

Producer Karan Johar who has given blockbusters like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Student of The Year, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, My Name is Khan among several others is all set to try his hands in the horror genre. The ace director and producer recently marked its entry in the digital industry with Netflix’s Lust Stories starring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani. Now, Karan will be making his debut in the horror genre with his much-awaited short film based on supernatural elements.

According to reports, Johar has approached Laila Majnu fame Avinash Tiwary and actress Mrunal Thakur, who was last seen in Super 30 and Batla House for his ambitious project. The two has been roped to play the leads, whereas the story will revolve around supernatural elements.

Avinash made his debut with Tu Hai Mera Sunday and was seen alongside Amitabh Bachchan in TV series, Yudh. Mrunal who hails from Television industry made her film debut Tabrez Hoorani’s Indo-American film Love Sonia.
