Ashmit Patel and Maheck Chahal part ways after 5 years

While the world was looking forward to these two love birds getting married, there comes the news of their split. Ashmit Patel and Maheck Chahal have finally ended their five year long relationship. The duo, which had been living together ever since their engagement in August 2017, have finally parted ways, and are now living separately.

Problems cropped up in their happy little universe a few months ago and they decided to live separately to find clarity of thought. Compatibility issues made them push their wedding date too. 

A source mentioned that they had been planning a destination wedding for a while, but had been pushing it to reaffirm their decisions. This however, didn’t work out as planned. Things deteriorated and they finally parted ways a few months ago. 

Maheck finally decided to take that step and moved out. When contacted by Bombay Times, Maheck  admitted that the two had split. She said, “I left Ashmit. I had to take that step and walk out.” Ashmit however, confirming the news, requested privacy from media on the subject and made no other disclosures.
