This year audience will see many star kids making their Bollywood debut, and they are excited to watch their favourite celebrity’s children perform on the big screen. But the one making the headlines right now is Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son Aryan Khan. The 21-year-old recently lent his voice to Simba in the Hindi version of Jon Favreau’s The Lion King.
Fans who are eagerly waiting for Aryan’s Bollywood acting debut, might have to wait a little longer because as per the recent report in, in.com he may debut through a South film. The movie, Hiranyakashipu is being touted as the next magnum opus after Baahubali franchise. As per earlier reports from the same portal, the film will mark the reunion of Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and the entire Baahubali star cast.
Now as per in.com, a source associated with the project informs, "Aryan is under consideration for a meaty role in Hiranyakashipu." "He has been approached to play the important role of Pralhad. Rana plays the titular character of Hiranyakashipu in the film and will be seen as the villain of the movie. The team is hoping that all falls into place and the deal with Aryan gets cracked. Meanwhile, the movie also stars Baahubali heroines Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty," added the source.
The project is helmed by Rudhramadevi fame Gunasekhar, when contacted for a confirmation of the news, he said, "Wonder where all this is coming from as we haven't reached the casting stage yet."
The mythological film revolves around the Asura and king of the daityas from the Puranic scriptures of Hinduism. For a long time now, too many speculations around Aryan’s Bollywood debut are hitting the gossip mills. Well, if Aryan makes his acting debut with this movie, it will be interesting to watch the handsome hunk playing the role of Pralhad, a saintly boy from the puranas known for his piety and bhakti to Lord Vishnu.
