Anupamaa stands unaware of Choti Anu’s condition; Will Pakhi inform her?

In the latest episode of Anupama on 11th July 2023, the doctor informs Anuj that he administered a hypnotic injection to CA (Choti Anu) to help her sleep, but they cannot continue this way and must bring the child out of shock soon. Pakhi suggests that Anuj should call Anupama. However, Anuj believes he shouldn't be a hindrance in Anupama's journey.

With only seven hours remaining for Anupamaa's flight, Pakhi emphasizes the importance of these crucial hours. Meanwhile, Anupama, while reminiscing about the significance of the seven vows in a marriage, decides to separate from Anuj in seven hours. Little Anu calls out for her mother in her sleep.

Anupamaa arrives home, where Kanta informs her that she has packed all her belongings after much contemplation. Bhavesh jokes about a middle-class family starting preparations at 6 a.m. for a 6 p.m. train. Kanta suggests leaving behind any excess baggage and asks about Bhairavi. Anupama reveals that Bhairavi is at the gurukul and intends to go directly to the airport with Nakul and Gurumaa. She goes to freshen up while Kanta and Bhavesh become emotional thinking about her departure. Kanta receives a serious phone call.

Meanwhile, Anuj, overcome by CA's condition, cries and looks at his mobile before walking away. Ankush inquires about his whereabouts. Anupama gets ready and asks Kanta to serve her tea as she only has three hours left. Leela and others join and offer her tea, expressing how much they will miss her. Anupama mentions having spoken to Hasmukh and Samar through a video call. Anuj, on the other hand, breaks down witnessing CA's condition. Ankush tries to console him, but Anuj expresses his helplessness and anxiety. Adhik suggests informing Anupama about CA's condition, but Anuj refuses, not wanting to hinder her success. Anupama performs a pooja with her family and worries about CA. 

The doctor continues to treat CA, and Barkha advises Pakhi to go and see off Anupama since they are there to take care of CA. However, Anuj requests Pakhi not to disclose CA's condition to Anupama under any circumstances. Worried, Ankush fears Pakhi might struggle to hold back her emotions in front of Anupama.

During the pooja, Anupama prays for the well-being of each family member, including Anuj. CA continues to call out for her mother, and Anuj assures her that he is with her. Anupamaa also prays for Anuj's emotional strength. While performing the ritual, Anupama's saree gets caught on a nail, and her purse falls down. Looking at a photo of her and Anuj, she remembers CA's plea not to leave her alone like Maaya and Anuj's request to never stop.

Precap: Pakhi tearfully embraces Anupamaa, who asks about CA's condition. Pakhi assures her that CA is fine, but suddenly, CA runs towards Anupama and falls down. Anupama senses something amiss.
