Anupamaa SPOILER: Prem is RELEASED from jail, Mahi's UNEXPECTED celebration stuns the Shahs

In Anupamaa on Star Plus, the entry of Raghav and Mohit has turned the lives of the Kotharis and Shahs upside down. While Raghav appears harmless, his past connection with Moti Baa and Parag has left the family unsettled. Meanwhile, Mohit, who pretends to be well-intentioned, harbors a hidden agenda against the Kotharis, particularly Prem and Khyati.

Currently, Mohit has begun executing his schemes against Prem—destroying his childhood belongings, spiking his drink, and even framing him for murder. While the truth remains hidden, the family is in shock as the police arrive at the Kothari house following a complaint from the alleged victim’s parents, accusing Prem of the crime.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, as mentioned before, Rahi visits the police station to meet Prem, who is being held in a dark room. However, she is not alone, as Anil also arrives to see Prem, offering encouragement and assuring him that he will soon be released and proven innocent.

Meanwhile, the search for the real culprit yields results when Parag, accompanied by Khyati, Mohit, and the police officers, tracks down the person responsible. In a fit of anger, Parag confronts the culprit with a sharp slap, but the police officer intervenes, urging him to remain calm. Frustrated, Parag struggles to contain his emotions, questioning how he can stay quiet when Prem has been falsely accused of murder.

Back at the Shah house, the family remains tense, praying for Prem’s justice and his release from jail. Amid this, Mahi experiences an emotional breakdown, crying deeply for Prem, leaving the Shahs shocked. Baa reacts to her tears by remarking that even Rahi wouldn’t be crying as much, questioning why Mahi is so affected. She then warns Mahi to stay silent, threatening to send her back to Kavya if she continues. Hearing this, Mahi, overwhelmed with emotions, rushes inside.

Later, Mahi excitedly gathers everyone in the hall before hurrying inside to bring a box of sweets. When questioned about the reason for her excitement, she asks everyone to stay calm and have sweets, feeding Ansh first. As she moves towards Pari, the latter stops her, insisting she reveal the news first. Baa speculates that Mahi might be returning to Kavya, assuming that to be the reason for her happiness. Mahi immediately denies this, revealing that Rahi called to inform her that the police have released Prem. Overjoyed, she hugs Baa and feeds her sweets while announcing that Prem has returned home. The atmosphere shifts to joy and celebration, but Mahi’s happiness carries a different meaning, as she continues to harbor feelings for Prem.
