Anupamaa: Rajan Shahi earns praise for supporting Rupali Ganguly; netizens say, 'Precious bond'

Anupamaa actress Rupali Ganguly has been in the news after her step-daughter Esha Verma claimed how her father’s marriage with the actress ruined her life. She said that as a child she grew neglected craving for a father’s love and protection. In a series of posts, she had written about how Rupali Ganguly was a home-wrecker and her personality was just a façade. After she said that her son Rudransh was illegitimate, Rupali Ganguly filed a defamation case of Rs 50 crores against her. Sana Raees Khan is her lawyer. Rupali Ganguly did not react for the longest time but retaliated when her son was dragged in.

Now, Rajan Shahi in a long post has shown his support to Rupali Ganguly. He said that she is the epitome of hard work, humility and grace. He said it was wonderful to have an artiste like her on his shows. He said the whole teams of Director’s Kut and Deepa Shahi Productions was proud of her. This comes after his ex-wife Pearl Grey gave an interview where she said that what Esha Verma has said comes from a space of hurt and pain. She said it would have been different if a child said what Esha said but this was unforgiveable. Pearl said that she fully supports Rupali Ganguly who is a woman of integrity.
