Anupamaa: Pakhi feels envious of the pregnancy glow and happiness

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Malti Devi (Apara Mehta) mentions to Baa that her bangles resemble Anupama's (Rupali Ganguly). Baa claims they belong to Anupama, and she made her wear them. Malti Devi taunts now that Anupama is no longer her daughter-in-law and accepts jewellery from her. Baa counters by asking if it was appropriate for Malti Devi to stay there, given her past actions towards Anupama. Malti Devi asserts that it's her son's house. Baa reminds her that the house is in Anupama's name.

Baa adds that Anupama lost her son, but Malti Devi gained a son. Anuj and Anupama arrive, inviting Malti Devi and Baa to join them. They discuss if Malti Devi and Baa are having a conversation or an argument. Anuj remarks that they were taunting each other. Anupama desires to cherish the moment and holds Anuj's hand, but he rebuffs her, claiming she won't get what she desires and exits. Anupama wonders why she challenged him.

Dimple informs Kavya that Samar was excited about her baby shower and had big plans for her godh bharai ceremony. Kavya mentions that Samar once joked about choreographing a dance, and the baby would be a born choreographer. Dimple acknowledges that all of Samar's dreams remain unfulfilled. Kavya intends to fulfil those dreams. Pakhi observes this and feels envious of the pregnancy glow and happiness. Kavya and Dimple console each other with a hug. Kavya notices Pakhi's sadness and addresses it to Dimple. Dimple suggests that Pakhi should think of solutions instead of playing the victim card. Kavya sits for the godh bharai ceremony, and Romil compliments her. Baa conducts the ritual, whispers something to Kavya, and offers her blessings.

Everyone participates in the godh bharai ritual, offering their blessings and gifts. Kavya asks Anupama if she will be a good mother, and Anupama reassures her that she is already a good mother. Kavya expresses her fears and loneliness, particularly because Vanraj is not with her. Anupama encourages her to have faith and believes that once the baby arrives, they will be together. She emphasizes that true love is reciprocal, and when the mother-in-law has accepted Kavya, Vanraj will follow suit. Anupama advises Kavya to cherish the moment and not to compare herself with other mothers, as perfection is only found in stories. Kavya appreciates Anupama's support.

Anuj playfully suggests it's time for romance, and Anupama reacts with a smile. Anuj gets called by Babu Ji to fix something, which upsets Malti Devi. Anuj proposes a game to determine who will be the baby's favourite. Baa, Babu Ji, and others playfully argue about it. The game starts, but everyone's attempt to win the game fails. Anupama and Kavya also participate but fail. Vanraj surprises everyone by putting the ring on the doll, and Kavya suggests the baby will love its papa. Anuj explains the next game, where Kavya and Vanraj try to determine the baby's gender by placing fish in a bowl. It ends in a tie, leading to playful banter.

The family dances to a song, with Vanraj and Anuj leading the men while Anupama and the women also join in. Vanraj and Kavya share a moment during the dance. Anupama hugs Dimple, but Malti Devi notices that Anupama isn't dancing with Anuj. She takes Anuj's hand and dances with him. Baa announces a special dance for Anuj and Anupama, making Anupama nervous.

Precap: Anupama sees Tapish and misunderstands him as a thief. Tapish clarifies that he's her fan and wishes to dance. Anupama and Tapish share a dance.
