Anupamaa: Anupama decides to drive Sagar's auto for the day as he battles illness

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Bala nudges Sagar to wake up, playfully teasing him. Bala expresses how much he misses Indra. Soon, he realises that Sagar isn't feeling well. Despite his condition, Sagar is determined to go to work. Bala advises him to take it easy, but Sagar insists on going, as he had given his word to a client.

Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) also urges Sagar to rest and volunteers to drive the auto herself, leaving Sagar puzzled. Meanwhile, Meenu is worried about Sagar and shares her concerns with Kinjal, saying that as a doctor, she feels obliged to check on him. Kinjal asks if Meenu really wants to see Sagar, leading to a discussion about him. Vanraj steps in during their conversation, offering Meenu an add-on card in case she needs anything. Noticing the concern on their faces, he inquires about the issue. Kinjal quickly diffuses the situation by making an excuse about "girls' problems," which satisfies Vanraj, and he leaves. Afterwards, Kinjal resolves to assist Meenu in meeting Sagar.

Anupama, now determined to drive the auto, surprises Sagar, Nandita, and Bala with her decision. As she practices, she reflects on Anuj, whom she misses dearly. Anuj, too, is taken aback when he sees her driving the auto, and the two reminisce about old times. Meanwhile, Vanraj offers to take Meenu to the hospital, but she refuses, making up an excuse. She then asks Kinjal about visiting Sagar. Suspicious, Pakhi decides to follow Meenu and Kinjal.

Anuj stands up for Anupama:

Anupama prays for Aadhya and Anuj to be reunited. Bala and Nandita remind her to drive carefully, to which she reassures them. Anuj also cautions her to be careful. When Anupama struggles to start the auto, Anuj steps in to help and decides to accompany her. Anuj ultimately takes over driving, and when Anupama questions him, he reassures her. Vanraj sees Anuj driving and blames Anupama for completely ruining Anuj's life.

However, Anuj stands up for Anupama, leading Vanraj to accuse him of making threats and claim that Anupama's pride will eventually be shattered. Meanwhile, Meenu and Kinjal deceive Leela to visit Sagar. Pakhi, still suspicious, decides to follow them. While on the road, Anuj spots Aadhya and begins to pursue him. Anupama becomes anxious about Anuj, while Pakhi continues to spy on Kinjal and Meenu. Kinjal starts to suspect Pakhi's intentions. Pakhi, in an attempt to cover her actions, suggests they go shopping together. However, Kinjal and Meenu become irritated with her.

Anuj spots Aadhya:

Anupama runs after Anuj, who is pursuing the car. When he falls, Anupama rushes to his side. Anuj reveals that Aadhya isn't in the U.S. as they believed—he saw her in that car and is determined to stop it. Anupama reassures him, saying she trusts him and believes that if he saw Aadhya, she must be nearby. She promises to find Aadhya and adds that it’s a good sign Aadhya is close by. She then comforts him.

On the other hand, after finishing their shopping, Pakhi expresses her happiness. With a plan in mind, Kinjal subtly signals to Meenu, who then heads to a coffee shop for a takeaway. Anuj expresses his gratitude to Anupama for her unwavering belief in him. Together, Anupama and Anuj resolve to uncover the truth about Aadhya.
