Anupamaa: Anuj demands Malti Devi's departure after the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi

The Hindi soap opera "Anupamaa" continues to enthral viewers with its compelling characters and captivating narrative. The current storyline centres around Anupama's (Rupali Ganguly) ongoing mission to reunite Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Malti Devi.

In tonight's episode of "Anupamaa," Malti Devi opens up about her painful past, explaining her choice to prioritise her career over motherhood and leaving Anuj at an orphanage. An emotional confrontation with Anuj ensues as he questions her decisions and her absence from his life for 40 years. Anuj ultimately disowns Malti Devi as his mother. The family is divided, some expressing anger and others empathising with Malti Devi.

In the precap of Anupamaa, tension fills the air as Dimple's unwell appearance raises concern among the family members. Kinjal inquires about her condition, her worried gaze reflecting her genuine care. Meanwhile, the patriarch of the family, Babu ji, extends an olive branch to Malti Devi, offering her tea, perhaps signalling an attempt at reconciliation. However, the storm is far from over, as Baa's fury at Malti Devi's presence simmers beneath the surface. Her disapproval of the situation is palpable, setting the stage for potential clashes within the household.

Adding to the intrigue, Anuj drops a bombshell. He reveals that tomorrow marks Ganesh Chaturthi, an auspicious occasion for him. In a cryptic message, he insists that just as Lord Ganesha departs, Malti Devi must also leave his life. Anupama, caught in the midst of these conflicting emotions and obligations, is left to ponder her next steps, the weight of her decisions pressing heavily upon her as she contemplates her intricate relationships and the uncertain future ahead.
