Anupamaa: Anupama calls herself ‘selfish’ for choosing her Mumbai dreams over her children

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Parag loses control and grabs Ansh by the collar in front of the entire family. This sudden outburst triggers memories from the past for Gautam. Anupama steps in immediately and questions Parag about his behaviour. Parag, still furious, claims he cannot forgive Ansh because he believes Ansh intended to harm Prarthana. Ansh tries to defend himself, insisting that he never hurt Prarthana on purpose. Ignoring his explanation, Parag drags Ansh out of the house and throws him out, leaving everyone shocked and speechless.

Ansh Pleads for Trust, Vasundhara Stands Firm

Feeling helpless, Ansh turns to Prarthana and asks if she has lost trust in him too. Before she can respond, Vasundhara steps in and declares that, regardless of what Prarthana feels, the family can no longer place their faith in Ansh. She orders him to leave immediately. Anupama questions Vasundhara, asking if she really wants to break all bonds like this.

Vasundhara, however, tells Anupama that she should first look at the behaviour of her own children. Parag then firmly asks both Anupama and Ansh to leave the Kothari house. Prarthana remains stunned by everything unfolding around her. Rahi signals Anupama to take Ansh along, and Anupama quietly walks away with him.

Tension Escalates at the Shah House

At the Shah house, Leela is startled to see Ansh arriving. She complains that Paritosh and Pari have already caused enough trouble, and now Ansh has added to the chaos. Trying to show support, Paritosh tells Ansh not to worry and claims they will take revenge on the Kotharis.

Hearing this, Anupama slaps Paritosh and scolds him for not using his brain. She then turns to Pari and asks if she really believes shouting can save a relationship. Anupama explains that raising one's voice or creating noise cannot solve emotional issues, relationships need patience and gentle handling. She also advises Ansh not to repeat the same mistakes Pari once made. When Anupama tells Ansh to rest, he says he cannot sleep when he is being blamed for something he didn't do.

Rahi and Prem’s Emotional Confrontation

Hasmuk and Leela sense Anupama's distress and try to comfort her. Hasmuk remarks that because of everything that took place, the consequences will now fall on both Rahi and Mahi. Anupama is taken aback after hearing this.

Rahi, meanwhile, breaks down emotionally. Prem tries to approach her and speak to her, but she asks him what remains to be said now. Prem apologises and attempts to explain himself, saying that as a man, he was scared of failing. Rahi replies that his fear has now become a burden on both of them. She reminds him that he not only hurt her but also deeply hurt Anupama, who stood by him when no one else supported him. Prem feels remorseful while listening to her words.

Prarthana Reveals the Truth to Khyati

Anupama finds herself lost in thoughts about Mumbai when Leela calls out her name. At the same time, Prarthana confides in Khyati, admitting that Ansh never pushed her. Khyati is surprised and asks why she remained silent before. Prarthana says she was too stunned to speak earlier. Khyati decides she will tell Parag the truth, but when she brings up Ansh, Parag refuses to discuss him and keeps blaming him. Khyati warns Parag to be careful regarding Gautam, but Parag insists that he trusts Gautam because he tried to protect Prem. He tells Khyati that if Rahi wants to stay in the Kothari household, she must distance herself from Anupama.

At home, Anupama and Ishani pray for harmony between both families. Ishani asks if things will eventually improve. Anupama assures her that everything will settle with time. Meanwhile, Ansh silently wishes for his family to come together, saying that after losing his parents, he cannot bear the thought of losing Prarthana too.

Rahi Reaches Out to Anupama

Rahi calls Anupama and asks if she is alright. Anupama checks on her as well, but Rahi says not to worry about her and expresses concern for Anupama instead. Anupama tells her that life is unpredictable and they must handle whatever comes their way. Rahi then decides she will discuss both Ansh and Raja with Parag. Anupama regrets not travelling to Mumbai earlier when she had the chance.

Precap for the Next Episode

In the precap, Anupama receives an offer to perform in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Pari spots Raja with another girl and slaps him, accusing him of cheating on her. When Meeta notices Raja's injury and questions him, he lies and says he slipped and fell. With everything falling apart around her, Anupama breaks down and questions how she can even think of going to Mumbai at such a time, wondering how she could become so selfish.
