Announced: 'The Family Man Season 2' gets a release date

The kind of lineup Amazon Prime Video had this past year when it comes to Indian originals - it was already an alluring one. However, courtesy the pandemic situation, a lot of those confirmed shows were delayed and will now make it to the 2021 slate.

With many favorites like Mirzapur Season 2, Four More Shots Please! Season 2 making it on time last year, some loved shows are now coming this year. We already have a mega show Tandav releasing next week and the excitement cannot be more as one of the most loved shows on the streamer - The Family Man's Season 2 now gets a release date.

After a lot of wait and teasing, it can now be confirmed that The Family Man Season 2 will be releasing on 12th February 2021 (just two days before Valentine's Day). The show was a pleasant surprise when Season 1 came in and not only was it loved by viewers but also the critics. Manoj Bajpayee returns as Shrikant and this time, the threat is said to be a global one as his family shenanigans continue to be hilarious and at times, problematic too-

One of the other reasons for the long wait of Season 2 is the addition of South superstar Samantha Akkineni to the cast. We certainly cannot wait to see.

If you look at it closely, Akkineni seems to be the antagonist. If that is the case, we are all the more excited.
