Anjori Alagh escaped knee fractures while shooting '1920'

Actor Anjori Alagh nearly fractured her knees while shooting for Vikram Bhatt's supernatural period love story '1920', releasing Friday.

'It was an error on my part. The shot required me to fall on my knees. I was so immersed in doing the shot that it completely slipped my mind that I had to run and stop and then fall on my knees,' Anjori said.

'Instead of that, I crashlanded on my knees, sliding ahead like a speeding aircraft on the runway. Vikram and the action director sprung into action, rushing towards me. They thought I had fractured my knees. But nothing like that had happened,' she said.

Anjori, daughter of well-known television actor Maya Alagh, debuted in Bollywood with Bhatt's 2007 release 'Life Mein Kabhie Kabhiee'.
