Anirudh Dave becomes 'Loki' on 'Janbaaz Sindbad'!

Tackling a genre like fantasy, it becomes tough to cope up with advancing technology on the small screen. But the show is living up to the challenge. The show which features Sindbad (Harssh Rajput) facing a new challenge one after the other, will be facing a one-of-a-kind obstacle this time.

After names like Deepshikha Nagpal and Chetan Hansraj appearing on the show, actor Aniruddh Dave (Ruk Jana Nahin and Yam Hain Hum fame) is set to play an important character in the upcoming episode. The actor will be seen sporting a mask for it.

We contacted Aniruddh, who was elated with the role and said, "I have always been very choosy about my roles as I feel television is a female oriented medium. However, I feel very lucky that I have got the opportunity to play meaty roles and this role in 'Jaanbaaz Sindbaad' is no different."

Elaborating on the role, he said, "It's a double role, the mere idea of playing two different characters is a treat! The names of my characters are Zuhair and Zahid, where one is a positive one and other is a negative one. The character of Zuhair sports a mask, which really feels amazing. I am so excited to play this role and hoping that it gets appreciated."

The mask on the right is the iconic mask of the character of 'Loki' from the film, 'Marvel's Avengers' and 'Thor' series.
