An EMOTIONAL Janhvi Kapoor REFUSES to talk about late mother Sridevi

Sridevi's eldest daughter Janhvi couldn't hold back her emotions at a recent event.

The untimely demise of actress Sridevi shooked the entire nation. Her family and especially her husband and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor were deeply affected. Now as we see, gradually over time, the daughters are moving on with their respective lives.

Sridevi passed away due to accidental drowning on the night of 24th February at a hotel in Dubai. We might not have her with us right now but her memories will live forever with her family, all her fans and the industry insiders.

The beautiful actress at the recently held 65^th National Awards was honoured with the Best Actress Award for her performance in 'Mom'. To receive the honour on her behalf, husband Boney Kapoor and daughters Khushi and Janhvi Kapoor were present.

After the ceremony, eldest daughter Janhvi Kapoor interacted with the media and expressed her gratitude stating, "I think both of us would like to thank the jury for recognising the hard work, perseverance and dedication that my mother has put into this role. It was very special to her and we are very happy that she is being appreciated for it".

Later when a reporter asked Janhvi if she misses her mother, an emotional Janhvi responded by stating, "I do not want to talk about that".

Sridevi was very excited about Janhvi's debut film 'Dhadak' and couldn't wait to see her daughter sizzle on screen. But we are sure Janhvi will make her mother all proud.

Recently a startling statement by retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ved Bhushan has left everyone confused. A report in Free Press Journal reveals that according to Ved Bhushan, who runs a private investigation agency (PI) in Delhi has claimed that Sridevi's death looks more like a planned murder than an accident.

"It's very easy to put someone in bathtub forcefully until victims breathing stops without leaving evidence of the crime, and then label it as an accidental death. This looks like a planned murder", stated the commissioner.
