Amitabh Bachchan to join the cast of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam as a narrator

Since the trailer of the film Radhe Shyam is out, it has been generating a buzz amongst the audiences. The songs of the movie have also garnered positive responses and have been topping the charts. Recently it has been bought into account that as a narrator for the drama, superstar Amitabh Bachchan will join the cast.

The multi-lingual romantic drama, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and set against the landscape of Europe in the 1970s, features Prabhas in the guise of a palmist. Radhe Shyam was filmed extensively in Italy, Georgia, and Hyderabad, and features state-of-the-art special effects as well as Pooja Hegde in never-before-seen personas. 

Given the film's scope and importance, Amitabh Bachchan's legendary baritone and popularity lend the movie that much depth and intensity. When it comes to this advancement, filmmaker Radha Krishna Kumar states,

“The film is set in the 1970s and is mounted on a massive scale, we needed a voice that can command the nation and who better than Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, a voice that everyone recognizes, respects and more importantly loved. We are so happy to have him as Radhe Shyam’s narrator .”

Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi, and Pramod produced the film, which will hit the big screens on March 11th, 2022. Earlier the film was supposed to be released on February 14th, but owing to the surge in the covid 19 cases in the country, the makers of the movie decided to postpone the release date. 

The trailer of the film seemed quite promising and fans are eagerly waiting to experience this romantic drama on the big screens. Now that Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice to the drama, it would be really exciting to witness this love saga.
