Aly Goni: I don't accept anything and everything that comes my way, always picked projects which I connect to

Aly Goni was recently seen in the grand music video titled Jodaa co-starring Mouni Roy. The music video was lauded for all the right reasons and he continues to receive a lot of applause for his performance as well as the chemistry that the leading duo shared in the music video.

About how did he get Jodaa and what went into shooting with Mouni Roy, the actor tells us, ''When I got a call for the song Jodaa, I found it very interesting. I like Afsana Khan's songs and when I heard Jodaa's raw version, I instantly fell in love with it. When we started shooting, we would only shoot for it at night. It was quite an experience. He adds, ''Mouni Roy is just fantastic. She is a fabulous actor and an amazing dancer. Her expressions are just wow. There was a sequence in the song where both of us are sitting in a boat, and she had to hold a fan, she was actually blowing it for me because it was so hot. She is very down to earth and very humble.''

Ask him about his dream role and why is he not seen on the screens very often, the actor sure has a lot to say. He tells us, ''I am very selective about my work, so every role is a dream role for me. On not being seen in films, shows, or TV, he says, ''The reason is that I don't accept anything and everything that comes my way. Since the beginning of my career, I have always picked up projects which I connected with. So I am just waiting for the right thing to come my way.''

Well, we bet fans are looking forward to see him in a role where he has more scope to perform. While music videos have kept them entertained, the actor also revealed he has a couple of things in the process.
