In the latest twist, the Andhra Pradesh High Court paused its actions regarding Allu Arjun's alleged code of conduct breach. The court will issue orders on November 6 after halting proceedings on October 25. A Times Now report mentioned Allu Arjun's lawyer, Y Nagi Reddy, clarifying that the actor's visit to Nandyal during the elections was personal, unrelated to politics. Reddy argued that Allu Arjun shouldn't be accountable for the crowd at Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy's residence.
Furthermore, the legal representative argued against any breach of the model code of conduct since Allu Arjun's visit was not tied to any political purpose. After the discussions, the Andhra Pradesh High Court set the case for judgment on November 6, refraining from immediate legal steps until then.
Recently, Allu Arjun went to the High Court and submitted a plea to dismiss the charges against him for breaking Section 144 and Police Act 30. The complaint was lodged by the Nandyal deputy tahsildar. In the complaint, it was stated that the actor of Pushpa had visited Nandyal without obtaining prior approval from the returning officer. Furthermore, it was claimed that gatherings of people without permission infringe upon the model code of conduct issued by the relevant authority.
In the meantime, Allu Arjun's visit to Nandyal during the recent assembly elections (coinciding with the general elections) to express his support for a candidate from a different party, rather than his uncle Pawan Kalyan, who was contesting from the Pithapuram Assembly Constituency, had also gained attention. Various reports circulating on social media indicate that there has been a significant strain among Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, and their families since then.
Regarding his professional endeavors, Allu Arjun is preparing for the launch of his highly anticipated film Pushpa 2: The Rule. Alongside him, Sukumar's project will include Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna reprising their roles from the initial installment. Pushpa 2, initially set to premiere on December 6, has now been rescheduled to December 5.
