Allu Arjun Arrest: Pushpa 2 star returns home to wife and kids; lawyer slams illegal detention

Allu Arjun is back home from the Chanchalguda Jail of Hyderabad. He spent a night there as the bail order was delayed. It seems he slept on the floor and did not eat anything. He got bail today morning at 6.40 am. When he got home, he was greeted by his wife Sneha Reddy and kids, Ayaan and Arha. The visuals of the same are going viral. Sneha Reddy had tears in her ears while Ayaan leapt into the arms of his daddy dearest. Allu Sirish, his brother was also with the family. Producer Allu Aravind went to pick up the superstar from jail.

His lawyer Niranjan Reddy, who is one of the top advocates from Telangana had some strong words for the Revanth Reddy Government. He said, “You should question the government and the department why they have not released the accused. The High Court order is very specific. Forthwith, the moment you (prison authorities) receive the order, (they should) release him. Despite the clear order, they have not released, they have to answer. This is an illegal detention. We will take legal steps.” Allu Arjun was kept in the Manjira barracks of the Chanchalguda Jail. He was a special category prisoner.

He was released on a personal bond of Rs 50,000. Allu Arjun has been granted an interim bail of four weeks. In the middle of all this, the letter sent by the team of Pushpa 2 to the Hyderabad Police seeking adequate deployment for Sandhya Theatre screening has gone viral. It is an approved letter. A woman Revathi lost her life in the stampede while her son is critically injured in the hospital. Varun Dhawan, Vivek Oberoi,Rashmika Mandanna all have come out in support of the Pushpa 2 star. Ravi Kishan who is a Parliamentarian also said that arrest of Allu Arjun was a black day for all cine artistes. Pushpa 2 has made over Rs 700 crores and will be the fastest Indian movie to cross the Rs 1000 crore mark.
