Alia Bhatt sought Shah Rukh Khan's guidance for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani's love song: Reports

Karan Johar's latest directorial venture, "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani," is making waves in the film industry with its overwhelming reception from audiences worldwide. One standout element of the film is the love song "Tum Kya Mile," which initially faced some criticism before the movie's release.  

Interestingly, the on-screen pairing of Ranveer and Alia has been compared to the iconic duo of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, known for their incredible chemistry in romantic films.

According to a report from Pinkvilla, choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant revealed a fascinating behind-the-scenes detail about the song's preparation. 

Due to her inexperience in shooting such romantic tracks, Alia sought guidance from the "King of Romance" himself, Shah Rukh Khan. Vaibhavi shared that Alia personally visited Shah Rukh for a day to learn the nuances of portraying romantic scenes, a move that added depth and authenticity to her performance.

As for Ranveer Singh, who is known for his energetic and dynamic roles, the romantic track posed a unique challenge. He had not previously done a lip-sync song of this nature, apart from one in "Gunday" opposite Priyanka Chopra. To ensure his portrayal of dreamy and lovestruck expressions was spot-on, Vaibhavi engaged in rigorous rehearsals with him, making the song a memorable and captivating experience for the audience.

"Tum Kya Mile" was composed by the talented Pritam, features the soulful voices of Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal, with lyrics penned by the gifted Amitabh Bhattacharya.
