Zee TV's Piyaa Albela was launched as an absolute underdog and very few would have anticipated the show to become the kind of success it went on to be.

The show went on to run for almost a year and a half and fetched good numbers. However, after all this while, the show finally went off-air back on Friday, and the actors have been emotional with their parting messages.
