Akshay & Shilpa's past: Kabab mein haadi?

Looks like Akshay Kumar and newly wed Shilpa Shetty's past love affair may have been as good as a "kabab mein haadi" for Shilpa's husband Mr. Raj Kundra. After all, such a publicized affair in the past, was bound to make buzz in the media years later when the couple has broken up and gone their separate ways, even more so when one partner has just settled down.

The media is buzzing with the news that Mr. Kundra was feeling a little awkward at his wedding, when the musicians starting playing songs from Akshay and Shilpa's old movies! Sad for Mr. Kundra; after all, first it was his horse that had a hurt leg, and now it's Raj himself with a hurt heart!

After the little incident, Raj and Shilpa both decided to stay away from inviting Bollywood's "khiladi" at their reception, feeling it was the safest option.

Anyways, so what if Akshay wasn't there to give his best wishes to the couple? Mr. and Mrs. Kundra had plenty of Bollywood celebrities, including names such as Aishwarya Rai, Sharukh Khan, and Amitabh Bachan, present at the even that.

Maybe no one noticed Akshay was not present? Well, media sure couldn't miss such a big story, that's for sure!
