Akshara and Sandhya's 'off-screen bonding'!

We recently reported about the news pertaining the upcoming merger episode of two very popular and long running shows, 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' and 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'.

Where actor Dakssh Ajit Singh is set to play a pivotal role in the track, actress Hina Khan who plays Akshara will be adopting a disguised look and join hands with Sandhya (Deepika) to rescue her daughter, Naira (Ashnoor Kaur).

The merger episode will be seeing IPS Sandhya on the search for Naira, consoling Akshara and helping her out.

However, amidst such an intense track, the duo seems to be bonding well off the screen. They posed for some fun and wacky pictures and Hina shared them on her social media profile.

Talking about the sequence, Deepika said, "It is a lot of fun shooting with Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naitik (Karan Mehra). They are very good actors and co-stars. The two of them were very sensitive about my injury and took very good care during the shoot along with the production. I had a lot of fun shooting with them."

The fans certainly can't wait for the telecast of this merger episode..!
