Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth files a complaint as jewellery worth Rs. 3.60 lakh goes missing from her house
Filmmaker Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth has filed a police complaint post jewellery theft at her house.

South sensation Rajinikanth's daughter-filmmaker Aishwaryaa Rajnikanth is currently making headlines. Aishwaryaa has now registered a complaint to the Teynampet Police Station that diamond and gold jewellery worth lakhs had vanished from her home. According to the FIR, the jewellery's estimated replacement cost is Rs 3.60 lakh. The police are investigating the matter under IPC's section 381 (stealing by a domestic assistant).
Aishwaryaa stated in her FIR report that she believes three of her house staff members who knew about the jewellery are responsible. She said in the report that the locker in her Chennai home contained 60 sovereigns worth of gold and diamond jewellery.
Aram necklaces, bangles, total antique uncut diamonds with gold-set of two neck pieces with matching earrings, antique gold pieces, uncut diamonds in temple jewellery, diamond sets, navaratnam sets, and so forth are among the jewellery items. They had been kept in the locker since Aishwaryaa last used them for her sister Soundarya's wedding in 2019. The filmmaker reported the incident after seeing that the locker's jewellery was gone last month.
She also mentioned that the locker had been moved a lot after the wedding. At first, it was at her St. Mary's Road apartment, then it was relocated to the house she shares with Dhanush, and finally, it was transferred back to her St. Mary's Road apartment. The locker was relocated to her father Rajnikanth's house last year. She further mentioned in the complaint that although the locker's keys were in her closet, her staff was aware of this. Even when she was away, the personnel regularly visited the property.
Aishwaryaa is now filming Lal Salaam, a political drama with a cricket theme. Expectations are high for the movie because Rajnikanth, Aishwaryaa's father, will play a cameo.
