After Nazar, Jigyasa Singh Turns Director for Her Next!

Actress Jigyasa Singh who recently bid adieu to Star Plus’ supernatural drama Nazar, has donned the director’s hat for her upcoming project. Yes, you read it right! The Thapki Pyaar Ki actress has partially directed her upcoming short film titled Happy Anniversary Ma & Pa.

The short film produced under the banner Pocket Films, is set to release on 22 of June. The story is based on a family, which will feature Jigyasa Singh along with actress Coral Ghosh.

Talking to India Forums, Jigyasa confirmed the news and shared, “I did a short movie with one of my friends, he was the assistant director in my previous show, Dev 2. I have partially directed and acted in the movie. It's a silent short movie on a very good topic and we are releasing it under Pocket Films banner.”

Jigyasa is known for her portrayal of Vaani Chaturvedi in Colors’ Thapki Pyaar Ki. She also played the lead role in the crime thriller, Dev 2.
