After ANNOUNCING Sacred Games Season 2, its shoot DELAYED!

Netflix's Sacred Games changed the way that Indian audience perceived web series. Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan as the central characters of Ganesh Gaitonde and Sartaj Singh, the show was hugely successful and only today, Netflix announced the second season.

However, the shoot for the same has hit a roadblock, as the OTT platform wants to review the budget before commencing the shoot for the second season.

A report stated that because of limited viewership, the show did not really bring in the expected numbers that the show was expected to achieve. Also, the platform wants to meet the makers before proceeding any further.

However, Saif's representatives were quoted as saying that the delay was because of both Saif and Nawazuddin being caught up with their respective projects.

Well, seems like Sacred Games Season 2 is a long wait indeed.
