Aditya and Parineeti are bad cooks.

We often hear that actors have to get into the skin of their characters for a great performance. So we would expect Aditya Roy Kapur and Parnineeti Chopra to be fantastic with culinary skills.

When Aditya was asked about the same at the trailer launch of Daawat-e-Ishq, in which he plays a chef himself, he said "I can only make the best black coffee and omelette, only for myself, but since my dad is great cook, he had taught me to cut vegetables very fast, so that is the only thing I can do in the kitchen."

Whereas Parineeti said, "I can't cook at all. The only thing that I can cook is maggi and nothing else."

To watch a Daawat-e-Ishq of two people who are poor with their culinary skills would be pretty interesting.
