Actor Shahbaz Khan Booked for Molesting a Teenage Girl

Popular TV and film actor Shahbaz Khan has been booked by Mumbai Police under a case of molestation. As reported by India TV, an FIR has been registered against the actor for allegedly molesting a teenage girl. 

An FIR has been filed against Shahbaz under section 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and section 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). 

While the investigation is currently underway, the actor has not yet been taken under custody.
