Abhishek Sharma on when he was yelled at by Rakesh Roshan during 'Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai'

Actor Abhishek Sharma has been on the tube for the longest time now and while as an adult, he has starred in an array of shows, millions remember him as the adorable little brother to Hrithik Roshan in the blockbuster film, Kaho Na... Pyaar Hai.

Sharma also achieved immense love in the TV show, Miley Jab Hum Tum upon growing up and playing the role in his teen years. And while he has been selective about his choice of projects constantly, in a recent interview with ETimes TV, he went on to recall the time when director Rakesh Roshan yelled at him during the shoot of Kaho Na Pyaar Hai.

First he talked about the film saying, "I feel very blessed. I did the movie – Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which was Hrithik Roshan and my first movie. We didn’t know how the movie is gonna turn out. Hrithik and Ameesha Patel were all debutantes. We just did our work. I was just a child. That turned out to be very great for me. I feel blessed that I have been a part of something that is in the Guinness Book of World Records (for winning the most number of awards in 2002 edition)."

Then talking about his role in Miley Jab Hum Tum, Sharma said, "Yes, I have never been a part of a TV show before that and the first daily soap I did was also became a hit. It feels good that whichever thing I am part of is good. Also, I haven’t done a web series, so whoever is reading… All my firsts are very big hits."

About the shoot and Roshan yelling at him, "So Hrithik is a very disciplined person. He was disciplined throughout the shooting of the film. I was a kid, like a sponge… grasping everything. One thing I learnt from him is being disciplined throughout my life. He used to work as an actor and then assist Rakesh uncle as well. He used to know everybody’s lines in the scenes he used to get. One day, I fumbled during the scene and Rakesh uncle told me, “Tujhe launch hona hai? Tereko hero banna hai na Hrithik ki tarah? Toh lines yaad rakh.” That’s one thing I still remember and follow in my life. So no matter what happens, acting will happen but learn your lines."

On his upcoming projects, he said, "Right now, I am writing and pitching ideas. My show Hero Gayab Mode On just wrapped and my roka happened. I am looking forward to good work be it any platform or medium."
