Not very long ago, we reported about actor Abhinav Shukla dragging the makers of Colors’ show Silsila Badlate Rishton Ka makers into the court over non-payment of dues. However, the show went off-air back in 2018, but actor Abhinav Shukla is still waiting to get his dues cleared.

The actor’s contract with the production house had a clause stating that he would be given a month’s notice if and when the channel decided to axe his character. He joined the show in mid-May 2018, and things went smoothly for the following few months. However, on October 27, 2018, he received mail from the production house, stating that his contract had been terminated with immediate effect and he would no longer be a part of the show.

Now according to the latest development in the case, Abhinav’s lawyer Suvigya Vidyarthi has revealed that the makers owe him 10 Lakh rupees. He told Spotboye, "The jury of CINTAA had come to a conclusion, which was a bit less to the actual amount which is due. It was more of a settlement. But the producers did not adhere to that as well. They are trying to pressurise my client through various means."

When asked Abhinav's lawyer as to why the actor was shown the door overnight, in spite of his contract saying that a month's notice will be given to him in case of termination, which is when Vidyarthi told us that the producers had falsely told the channel that Abhinav is unavailable for shoot.

The case will be heard in the court in February, post the argument, an FIR will be filed.
