Abhi-Ash really care!

Its quite rare that filmmakers are bestowed with great couples. Couples that produce winning chemistry, box office hits and are caring at a personal level. Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam has always loved the Abhishek and Aishwarya and its pretty obvious why.

Recently, when the director was struck with a mild heart-attack, the spouses were extremely concerned. In fact, Ash cancelled her overseas shoot and flew down to Chennai to be with the director. She even stayed the entire day.

Mani's wife Suhasini has always been in good terms with the pair who assured her they will take care of his health on sets. The entire crew of Tamil stars of the film was also present. They had cancelled the shoot for the climax of upcoming blockbuster, Raavan.

Well, we wonder who is luckier? Mani for the stars like Abhi and Ash; or Abhi and Ash for an ace director like Mani who's starring them in a blockbuster.
