Most senseless,non-progressive,irritating show EVER!! A show just can't run on lead's chemistry..!! story is also essential..what is the use of running all these years, when the story is back to square one..? Seriously everyone should quit watching it!!

If in her letter Jiah mention rape by Sooraj, then he should face rape and domestic abuse charges. He may not be responsible for her death but he has done things against the law too and he should be punish. I as a mother would not mind my son being Being punish if he ever rape any girl ( god forbits)

thank god, someone got some brains in indian judicial system...it was ridiculous to even keep this fellow for such a long time in jail. And the letter, i mean if HC is questioning its authenticity says alot...Anyways, chap, wish you best in life, and be careful next time you chose a gf, or take smart decisions in relationships...
And for those who are saying he should be punished for rape. It has come out that She was raped at the age of 14 when she was in London. She had shared this with Suraj, and Suraj had become protective of her since than, and wanted her to keep her safe. HC also said last time Jiah tried killing herself, Suraj was the one who took her to doctor, and got her treated, and informed her family. Her family didn't even bother following up after that. Her mother was aware of it. Also, it was proved in HC, that abortion was Jiah's decision, and her family (esp, her sister) was aware of her decision. So, its pointless to blame the guy for everything. Just because he didn't want to marry her, it doesnt make him a criminal. What if Suraj was not a star child, would people still give the same verdict??

Glad he is finally out. Utterly ridiculous to blame a "suicide" on someone else. Jiah chose to kill herself and though it's awful and I feel for her, I cannot blame Suraj for her death. She was depressed and needed help, perhaps her mother and family did not know their daughter like they say they do.

There are youngsters out there who commit suicide due to pressure from their parents - all those parents should be jailed as well - the justice system does not make sense. what are the charges on Sooraj
