Aasiya Kazi, female lead in Bandini...

Balaji Telefilms’ twin projects on NDTV Imagine, Kitani Mohobbat Hai and Bandini will launch on January 19th, at the 10 PM and 10.30 PM slots respectively..

As reported by Telly Buzz earlier, Kitani Mohobbat Hai is a love story where two people with different ideologies get together. The lead pair in this show is Karan Kundra and Krutika Kamra.

On the other hand, Bandini which will see Ronit Roy in the lead role is a story wherein marriage happens for convenience sake. After giving its readers first-hand information on Ronit Roy being part of Bandini, Telly Buzz provides details about the female lead too. 

According to our source from the production house, “Aasiya Kazi a young girl of seventeen years has bagged the lead role in Bandini. She is yet another find of Ekta’s, and is a fresh face on television and is a college-goer. The story will focus on three sisters, of which Aasiya plays the middle one. Leena Jhumani, who has done few Marathi films plays the eldest sister, while Akshita essays the youngest sister’s role”.

We tried contacting Shailja Kejriwal, Executive Vice-President Content, NDTV Imagine for confirmation on the same, but she remained unavailable for comments.

Ekta is surely back with a bang, but hope she offers viewers a new flavor with the twin projects!!
