Aamir Khan’s Sitare Zameen Par has locked in its release date. The actor has not had a release in theatres since Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. The superstar was apparently so hurt after the debacle of the movie that he did not sign any film for a long time. Now, Pinkvilla has reported that he will release the movie on June 20, 2025. The big Bollywood release for June is supposed to be Housefull 5. However, they have not confirmed the same. This will give Aamir Khan an uncluttered month to promote and release the movie. RS Prasanna’s Sitare Zameen Par is about a person with Down’s Syndrome and how he tries to live to the fullest while battling social stigma.

The only clash for Aamir Khan will be Kuberaa, which is a Tamil movie. He will have a clear run till July 5 when Anurag Basu’s Metro…In Dino comes to the theatres. It seems Aamir Khan believes the film is a winner and is focused on its marketing.

Aamir strongly believes in the content of Sitaare Zameen Par, as it rides on his formula of laughter-emotion-drama. He was looking for a good window and has found one with a June 20 release. The entire marketing plan of this social dramedy is locked.

As per the report, the theatrical trailer of Sitaare Zameen Par will be out in 15 days, and will be attached to Raid 2. Ajay Devgn and Vaani Kapoor’s movie is coming on May 1, 2025 in theatres. It seems the content of the film is good, and it will draw in the audiences. He wants to communicate with those who like to watch films in cinema halls. Aamir Khan feels Raid 2 will be a big hit.

As we know, Aamir Khan will also be seen in Rajinikanth’s Coolie this year. The movie also stars Nagarjuna as a villain, Simon. He is also planning a comedy movie with Rajkumar Santoshi with whom he did the cult film Andaz Apna Apna. Lokesh Kanagaraj has apparently discussed a superhero film with him. He has a cameo in Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol’s Lahore: 1947 that will come in latter half of 2025.
