Aamir Khan's ex wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao reunites; poses with son Junaid at an event

In a heartwarming display of mutual respect and amicable relations, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, along with his ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, attended a book launch event in Mumbai. The event not only showcased their dignified camaraderie but also highlighted the essence of maintaining healthy relationships post-divorce.

Captured in a paparazzo's Instagram post, the trio was seen posing individually for photographs. The warmth and ease with which they interacted were evident as Reena and Kiran stood together, sharing laughter inside the bookstore. The candid moment revealed the bond they share beyond their past relationships.

During the event, a paparazzo's inquiry prompted Kiran to respond with grace when asked to pose with Aamir. She humbly expressed, "Bohut dur...unka chal raha hai. accha nahi lagta hai na? Unka ho jaane dijiye (Very far... his speech is going on. This doesn't look good, right? Let him finish)." 

Kiran chose to wear a green dress beneath a blue shirt, coupled with comfortable flats. Aamir sported a classic black T-shirt, paired with blue denims and brown shoes. Reena, on the other hand, donned a stylish striped long dress and matching shoes. The event also saw the presence of Aamir's son Junaid Khan, who stood beside his father with an easy rapport.

A touching sight was caught on camera when Junaid wrapped his arm around Aamir. Additionally, he posed with his mother Reena, capturing a snapshot of their enduring bond.

Aamir Khan married Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986, and the couple shares two children, Junaid and Ira. Although they parted ways in 2002, their commitment to maintaining a harmonious family dynamic has been evident.

Later, on December 28, 2005, Aamir tied the knot with Kiran Rao. The couple welcomed their son, Azad Rao Khan, on December 5, 2011, through surrogacy. Despite their separation announced in July 2021, Aamir and Kiran emphasized their intention to co-parent Azad with respect and care.

In an earlier interview on Karan Johar's show "Koffee With Karan Season 7," Aamir had expressed his admiration for both Reena and Kiran, affirming their collective commitment to maintaining a familial bond.
