Aamir Khan’s Bandra Home to Go Under Redevelopment – Actor Plans to Relocate

After Shah Rukh Khan temporarily left his iconic bungalow Mannat for renovation, Aamir Khan is also packing his bags, but for a different reason. His home in Bandra’s posh Pali Hill area is set to go under redevelopment soon.

Aamir’s house has always been a famous spot for fans, especially those visiting Bandra hoping to catch a glimpse of him. But now, just like SRK, he is ready to shift temporarily. The reason? The Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where Aamir owns multiple flats, will be rebuilt as part of a luxury real estate project by Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL).

According to reports, MICL will redevelop the entire society and transform it into a swanky, high-end building. Manan Shah, the Managing Director of MICL Group, shared, “The upcoming building will offer grand 4 and 5 BHK sea-facing flats.” The rates for these apartments are expected to start at over ?1 lakh per square foot. While the construction takes place, Aamir and the other residents will move into the rehab section of the same project.

Interestingly, Aamir is still staying close to his roots. He owns another beautiful house in the same Pali Hill locality, reportedly worth around ?9 crore. So, fans won’t have to worry much—he's not going too far!

Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat Gets a Makeover

While Aamir’s building is being rebuilt, Shah Rukh Khan’s home Mannat is also under renovation. Gauri Khan has reportedly applied to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) for permission to add two more floors to their six-storey annexe. The proposed addition will increase Mannat’s built-up area by over 616 square metres.

Where Is Shah Rukh Khan Living Now?

Till the renovation is done, SRK has taken two fancy duplex apartments in Puja Casa, also in Bandra’s Pali Hill. These homes belong to producer Vashu Bhagnani and his family. According to reports, Shah Rukh is paying ?11.54 lakh per month for one apartment with a ?32.97 lakh deposit and ?12.61 lakh for the second, with a ?36 lakh deposit.

So now, both Bollywood Khans are shifting base—but just for a while!
