5 years of imprisonment for Salman Khan

Judgement of the court is out and Salman Khan is sentenced for 5 years of imprisonment

Finally after 13 years of pain and suffering of guilt the judgement day for Salman Khan is here. The family of the victim and of the accused i.e Salman Khan have been in continuous emotional trauma for the past years. The court proceedings had been delayed for so long now. But, the time is here; today being the D-day for the 2002 hit-and-run case.

Salman Khan's judgement is out and the court has sentenced him 5 years of imprisonment. Salman would have to spend the night at Arthur road jail and would be taken to Thane or Taluja jail later on. He wont be granted bail at the sessions court but can appeal for the same at the Mumbai High Court.
