TV is after all our ultimate companion on a drowsy afternoon, and the perfect date on a Saturday night; to make television viewing interesting, we need freshness in both, content as well as the concepts.

And, to bring in this air of freshness, Koi Laut Ke Aya Hai is here to stay. The show goes on-air today, at 9 pm on Star Plus and here we bring to you a quick 5 reasons as to why should you definitely watch the show.

#1. The Genre - Supernatural Thriller

The Indian Television sure has enough of the 'saas-bahu' sagas and of course a bunch of reality shows playing... But what TV actually needs is something which does not have anything to do with domestic drama and is yet fictional enough to wow the audiences. Koi Laut Ke Aya Hai is sure going to provide that breath of fresh air on Star Plus.

#2. The Storyline - Unpredictability

After all these years of Television, everyone knows what happens when the 'hero' or 'heroine' dies' or, for that matter, we know how things go when someone's murdered. What we really are missing out on is the 'I-did-not-see-that-coming' moment, and, if we go by the trailers of 'Koi Laut...,' we sure are in for a lot of unforeseen twists and turns in the show.

#3. On-Screen Chemistry

A story does not really make sense until it's been portrayed aptly by the leading pair. All that we Indian TV lovers need is a fairytale-like story and great chemistry between the leading duo, and, we are sure Surbhi Jyoti and Shoaib Ibrahim's chemistry will be worth all the wait.

#4. The Scale Of The Show - Picturesque Locations

Time and again, we've seen some really ultra lavish decor with all the more extravagant locations. And, though we are sure nothing really would beat the majestic sets of Ishqbaaz, what we do know is that the deserts and palaces of Rajasthan will be a treat to the eyes for the viewers. 'Koi Laut...' looks like royalty personified at its best.

#5. It Is A Finite Series

While we've seen 10 minutes of a daily soap dragged to as much as 30 minutes, what we, as Indian TV audience really need is a storyline that manages to engross us enough and keep us at the edge of the seats.

And, not to forget, this time around, the show, along with Surbhi and Shoaib has a star cast of Shaleen Malhotra, Sharad Kelkar, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Shreejita De, Ekroop Bedi, and Mita Vashisth.

The show is set to leave you flooded with questions you will want to be answered, thereby raising your curiosity levels! To have at least some of your questions answered, tune into the show on Saturday at 9 pm and on Sundays at 10 pm.
