Satya is the eldest son of Dhrama Dayal & Shakuntala & Managing Director of Goenka Finances & Securities Ltd.He did his MBA in finance after obtaining a BA in political sciences.He met his wife Manasvi in college & they fell in love & got married.He died in a bomb blast which was meant to destroy Arjun's factory which was planted by Mansen & Khushal Mama.
