Phir Bhi Na Maane...Badtameez Dil its a story about an intense and passionate love story of Abeer Malhotra, a VJ and Meher Purohit, a Business Head, who get separated because of their own misunderstandings and the manipulations of others only to meet again after seven years to resolve the unsettled issues and misunderstandings.

The story's male protagonist, Abeer Malhotra played by Pearl V. Puri is a musician, who composes songs and is inspired by late singer R.D Burman.

The female protagonist of the show will portray a girl who has seen a lot of struggle in life. Hailing from a middle class family and after eight years of hard work, comes back as an empowered girl.
