Pandey vs Pandey Show is a weekly countdown show with a story woven around two principal characters Tribhuvan Pandey and Nilambari Pandey (the popular couple from Kareena Kareena). The show is a sitcom formatted with a countdown. The issue in the sitcom range from typical husband wife squabbles to general social issue and at time even topical issues depending on time frame. The situation is divided in gags and after each gag we have a 10 songs countdown thus combing two prime elements of entertainment music and comedy.
On one hand the countdown progresses and in between the sitcom progresses with its plot. Thus keeping the interest alive till the end. The combination of sitcom and music has the potential to make a popular show.
