Dhak Dhakk in Dubai depicts the quandary of a Gujarati girl Sheetal Patel (Shruti Seth) who wants to marry a Punjabi boy, and Vir Singh (Puneet Vashishth) who wants to marry a Gujarati girl. Life turns topsy-turvy when Vir meets Sheetal and tries to woo her pretending to be a Gujarati!
