'Lal Baadshah' is a story of a man (Amitabh Bachchan) who takes up the cause of the oppressed and defends them against the atrocities committed by a group of people. The criminals try every possible trick to eliminate him, but are unsuccessful in their attempts. The story takes a turn when his father, who has lost his memory, appears on the scene and the past comes to light. In the end, how they take the evil-doers to task forms the crux of the story.
