The film is a social satire on the law system of the country India. The story follows a struggling lawyer named Jolly (Arshad Warsi) who wants to become India's greatest lawyer, however all of his cases seem to flop. He has one chance to prove his worth and his skills as a lawyer. He is fighting against India's current most popular advocate Rajpal (Boman Irani).
