can people point out where exactly is the 'bashing'.... i think i need to make another eye appointment... 😛😛
it's a good thing my mom isn't watching this show... considering this is a fun show, they really should've done away with all the double meaning and lines bordering on vulgarity.... such a put off....!!
the voice over is also an extremely annoying technique... if he was there on the sets, it might have looked better at least, on screen....!
and yes, the pelvic thrust... what's up with that...?

Its just another kind of humour... yes it is provocative and brash in nature.. but maybe indian audience is not up for it.. from what i have been observing as a trend indian tv is getting bolder these days.. i do see a change in the sensiblities of indian tv.. but maybe the audience is not ready.. they should change the rating of the show.. and make it for adults only.. from what i perceive.. they were trying to create a W*F effect..to grab attention.. the show is grabbing attention.. so maybe later they will tone down a bit.. something similar happened with that show Sach ka samna.. which was banned later.. coz it didn't suit the sensibitlies of indian audience..

I suspect it's a gimmick. Only 'deserving' contestants get to meet SRK in the studio. He's definitely in Argentina though. The things producers do for TRPs... 😕

Plus the same voice-over technique is used on the original shows, it's a part of the concept. The host can't come up with witty lines instantaneously, so script writers watch the edited material which has already been shot and then the host can come out with tons of joke, some erring on the vulgar side unfortunately.

i've never seen the original show, so i have no idea.... i guess in a way, it makes sense... they'd need to come up with a script based on what happened in the show....
but still, i perfer the personal touch....!!

doesn't matter whom they'd have taken... doubt he'd sound better about the jhutkas, dirty girls, big balls and whatever other double meaning jokes they came up.... ugh.... they need to change the script writer...
but even that would be a lot to ask for.... 🤔 i can't even get some of the jokes....

There in lies the doubt of my assumptions.

Sure there IS a script writer. But is SRK not a mega enough star to influence them? Of course he can, then why hasn't he? Unless.. he likes it this way 😕 or has a hand in it... How do we know for sure? He does anchor award shows in the same way, may be he likes it.
